Who are We?

Clare Royal

My name is Clare Royal, and I was born 6th August 1974. I live in Hillingdon, Middlesex.

The love of my life is Bucks Fizz, who I have been following ever since they won the Eurovision Song Contest on 4th April 1981. As you can imagine, I have come in for quite a bit of ridiculing over the years because I am not a fan of a 'cool' group, so it has made me quite thick-skinned.

My other loves are (as you all probably know) XENA: WARRIOR PRINCESS and HARRY POTTER. Other faves include QUANTUM LEAP, THE X-FILES, SMALLVILLE, SUPERNATURAL, STAR WARS, INDIANA JONES and Joss Whedon's work.

During my spare time aside from indulging all of the above, I go to the cinema and to the theatre. My favourite film, surprisingly, is not HARRY POTTER (I love those films so much that I consider them separate to everything else) - it is SCHINDLER'S LIST. I also work at Shakespeare's Globe theatre as a volunteer.

And I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to have been pretty much all over the world.
