Hi, I'm known as Gail (most of the time). I'm 30 and my "fandom" includes Star Trek, Blake's 7 and Dr Who, though I dabble in a few other fandoms.

My non sci-fi interests include tapestry, Pokemon, writing my own sci-fi, doing Irish dancing and I am an amateur student of Genetics, Infectious Diseases and Palaeontology, particularly dinosaurs but the Permian mass extinction somewhat fascinates me.
